Refunds

In the event you are not satisfied with the information, contents, lessons, course materials contained in the website, you can seek refund of the amount paid by you for registration, after deduction of processing/transaction fees charged by the payment gateway and the banks- the total deduction not to exceed 10% of the registration fee- within 72 hours from the date and time of registration. Refunds are made to the same account from where the amount has been received by us. All refunds are processed within 20 days of receiving the request.

Electronic Communications
